I am an Artist Manager and Creative Consultant with extensive experience in jazz, classical music, and interdisciplinary projects. My focus is on sustainable careers, strategic planning, and a visual identity that clearly conveys artistic visions.

Stark (ʃtaʁk): German for powerful, clear, and thoughtful 💪

After completing my degree in Business Administration at the Technical University of Berlin (Diplom), my professional career led me through various sectors of the media and business world. In Singapore, I worked in marketing for a Bertelsmann division; as a consultant at Capgemini, I managed projects for Sat.1 and RTL; and at Axel Springer Publishing Group, I was involved in corporate communications. As Deputy Managing Director of the music television channel tape.tv, I gained firsthand experience of the digital music world.

These experiences have given me a deep understanding of strategic management and creative processes. I have been working as an independent artist manager for fifteen years with a clear focus on innovative projects that transcend genre boundaries. I combine strategic thinking with creative intuition, ensuring that artistic identity, economic viability, and visual language come together in a cohesive overall concept.

Successful management recognizes the big picture. Artists often face the challenge of integrating creative ideas with economic and organizational aspects. I develop long-term strategies that unify musical identity, career planning, and visual language. My focus is on jazz and classical music, as well as innovative projects that transcend genre boundaries.
